Safety
- Closed-toe footwear and appropriate clothing are strongly recommended
- The Renter bears full responsibility for any consequences of failing to follow safety rules
- Use of the vehicle is at the Renter's own risk — the Renter waives claims against the Lessor for damages or injuries, except in the event of proven mechanical fault
Prohibitions
The following are strictly prohibited:

The Renter is also liable for lost income for any period during which the vehicle is out of service due to damage.
